The cherry cutter is an unique centrifugal water cutter designed to separate cherries by splitting the stem through before grading.

The cherries are conveyed by streamlined water over our special belt with staggered rows of recessed plastic fingers that intercept any remaining ones. 

The hydro water cutter is designed so that damage does not occur. The cherries are fully protected from any impact.

The cherry splitter is supported by a sturdy maintenance platform with steps on both sides and is fully equipped with hand rails.
